FAQ

  1. When I am going to be moved to pro?

    1. Right after one month your Basic account will be expired and you will need to get PRO account
    2. You will be focus on the interviews and searching the job
    3. If you don't finish tickets or requests on estimated time
    4. if you are missing meetings or stand-ups
  2. Can my Basic account be extended?

    1. Yes you will need to show good activities then we will extend your basic account
    2. You will be working on ticket individually not with team to extend your basic account
    3. You will be joining all meetings and Joining stand-ups and mediatory meetings
  3. Is FuchiCorp will do everything for my interview task?

    1. No FuchiCorp instructors will help you following
      1. Understand what needs to be done
      2. Create the documentation for the task so you properly demonstrate to the X company
      3. Help you to build and deploy the task if it's not conflicting with X companies requirement
      4. Since X company is trying to keep confidential everything you will not share any sensitive information with us
  4. Why I need premium account?

    1. To get support from FuchiCorp individually
    2. To get help from 5 pm call with everyone
    3. To have access to limited repos
    4. To have access to work sessions
    5. To have access to meetings
    6. Before you join an individual call you need to make sure everything from your end is ready docs and ticket descriptions etc...
  5. Will the premium account take care of my tickets from my company?

    1. No, everything within the company is confidential
    2. You should not share sensitive information with FuchiCorp
    3. We will help you with topics, not in details
    4. All accounts you are sharing with us should be your own and not companies
    5. You will need to document the ticket you are getting from X company and properly show us
  6. Where can I submit my tasks from my company?

    1. Everything will be on the academy so you can submit
    2. You will need to navigate to your profile and submit the request to help
    3. Within 48 hours we should be able to review and help
